ORMAI reads how wireless signals change in a room to sense presence, location and activity — then reads that alongside validated clinical assessment. A status label on a working system reads as confidence, so every layer carries its own.
ORMAI SENSE
Wireless and environmental sensing layer.
Presence, room-level location and activity events, tested in controlled conditions with human participants. Integration under way.
ORMAI MAP
Spatial signal representation and environmental mapping.
The representation layer of the same subsystem, at the same status as SENSE.
ORMAI INSIGHT
Pattern interpretation and longitudinal intelligence.
Instruments, scoring, banding, trends and deterministic red flags. Not yet fed by sensing data.
ORMAI CARE
Caregiver and clinician-facing information and support.
Three editions, six languages, offline capability and versioned clinical reporting.
Tested is not validated. There are no accuracy figures, no real-world sensing pilot and no deployment in homes or facilities. The ORMAI app works on its own today; the device adds continuous sensing.

Why a purpose-built device
One clock, one power budget, one data path.
A purpose-built device means the sensing radio and the physiological sensors share a clock, a power budget and a data path, rather than stitching together a consumer wearable that was never designed for this.
Molecular Age Index
In development. Reference ranges pending clinical calibration.
Five molecular age-score panels — transcriptome, neuro, immuno, metabolo and ROS — feed a composite index scored on cumulative percentage deviation from age-matched controls. It is substantial, it is not calibrated, and it is labelled as such wherever it appears.
What integration will unlock
Environmental signal becoming a continuous input alongside episodic instrument scores, so a change in the room can be read against a change in the assessment trend. That is the product thesis. It does not happen yet.
