Clinical-use limitation

ORMAI provides decision support. It does not diagnose, and it never takes autonomous clinical action. Nothing on this site or in the product replaces assessment by a qualified clinician. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Capability statuses

Some capabilities described on this site are in development. Where that is the case it is stated in the same block as the capability. Nothing here is an offer to supply an unreleased device, and no availability date is promised.

Acceptable use

Use the site and product lawfully. Do not attempt to circumvent the safety filter, extract other users' data, or misrepresent the product's regulatory status to a third party.

Intellectual property

ORMAI, its instruments, scoring methods and interfaces are the property of Memoir Age. Patent-pending; an Indian provisional has been filed and a PCT filing is targeted for 2027.

Liability

The website is provided as-is. Product use is governed by the written agreement with the account holder, which prevails over these terms where the two differ.
