What we collect
On this website: the details you submit through the contact form (name, email, organisation, location and your message) and standard server logs. In the ORMAI product: assessment responses, scores and the account details needed to deliver care records to the right person.
Health information
Protected health information is de-identified and minimised before any external processing. Assessment data is stored on-device first, and the product operates offline where there is no connection.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to deliver the product to the account holder, and to maintain safety and security. We do not sell personal data and we do not use health information for advertising.
AI processing
Conversational support may be processed by third-party model providers. Content sent for processing is minimised and de-identified first, and every response passes an independent safety filter before it is shown.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting agreement. Product data is retained under the agreement with the account holder.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you can withdraw consent for marketing contact at any time. Write to ormai.app@gmail.com and we will respond.
